Next Level Program Terms & Conditions

These Program Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Next Level Program (“Program”) provided by Gymnastics Mindset Academy LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

Next Level is a mental performance training program for competitive gymnasts and their parents. The Program includes:

  • Access to a private curriculum portal

  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls

  • Six (6) initial Private Coaching Sessions (Promotional only-  monthly checkins after the first 2 months)

  • Optional additional ongoing private coaching (additional fees apply)

  • Community support platform

  • Other resources as described on the Program sales page

Specific details and updates may be communicated to you via email or your account dashboard.

2. Program Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the fees for the Program as outlined at the time of purchase.

Payment Options:

Next Level Plus 1:1 Coaching:

  • Pay in Full: $2497 USD

  • 3 Payments: $847

  • 12 Month Payment Plan: $247

Promotional Pricing

  • Pay in Full: $1997 USD

  • 3 Payments: $697

  • 12 Month Payment Plan: $197

Next Level VIP (Includes 2x/month coaching after intial 6 weeks)

  • Pay in Full: $3997 USD

  • 3 Payments: $1347

  • 12 Month Payment Plan: $347

Payment Terms:

  • Payment plans are a commitment to complete all payments.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of access until your account is brought current.

  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Repeated failed payments may result in termination of your access to the Program.

3. Refund Policy

Your gymnast gets two weeks in the program to make sure it is a great fit. She can attend group calls, check out the community, binge as much of the content as she wants and attend her first 1:1 coaching call. If after her first coaching call – and within the first 14 days- she decides she doesn’t want to do the program, just email us at [email protected] to receive a full refund. There are no refunds after the first two weeks.

Cancel With First 14 Days
Have her give it a try. Do the weekly lesson, try out a group call. If she just doesn’t feel it is helpful, just email us at [email protected] to request a full refund.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Finish 1st 6 Sessions within the first 9 weeks of enrollment.

  • Attend coaching sessions on time or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Participate actively and respectfully in group calls and the community.

  • Honor confidentiality of other participants.

  • Use Program materials for your personal use only.

Missed private coaching sessions without proper notice will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep your personal information and participation confidential, except as required by law. You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ shared information.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are owned by Gymnastics Mindset Academy LLC and protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce Program content without written consent.

7. Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., competition scores, scholarships, level advancements).

  • Our services are educational and coaching-based and do not constitute therapy or mental health treatment.

  • You understand participation is voluntary and you are responsible for implementing the tools and strategies provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program, including indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that disrupts the Program or harms other participants. No refund will be provided in this case.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflicts of law principles.
