Team Training: Calm Your Competition Nerves

We help coaches develop a team full of self-motivated, hardworking gymnasts who can hit consistently so you can all enjoy productive practices and confident competitions.

Nerves are a normal response for gymnasts when they are out on the competition floor. Just like you teach your gymnasts the skills they need physically to perform their best gymnastics, your gymnasts need to learn the mental performance skills they need to perform their best gymnastics.

In the Calm Competition Nerves training, we will help your gymnasts understand their brain and why it is actually feeling so nervous. Then we will give them practical tools they can use in the gym and out on the competition floor to calm their nerves and refocus their brain.

  • Live 2 hour training  session (and the recording ) walking through Calm Your Competition Nerves with your gymnasts and coaches.
  • A parent training session replay that walks them through the course and gives them helpful suggestions to support their gymnast when dealing with fear.
  • Access to the Calm Your Competition Nerves mini course for your gymnasts so they can continue to master the tools.

What People Are Saying:

We absolutely loved your mindset program! We thought Stacie and Ali were wonderful and gave some really awesome tools for not only the girls but us coaches as well. We have encouraged parents to look into your individual coaching sessions.

Every skill has to do with the mental capacity to do it. Most of these gymnasts can do it physically. With mental coaching, it often takes one training session and the next day they can go into the gym and get the skill. As a college coach, we are often looking for those few skills. If there is one thing you can do to help them have that college chance, this is it. I have seen it in the recruits I have sent into this program and in my own team. If there is one thing you can do to give them a chance to fulfill their dreams, why would you not give it a try?
