Team Training: Actually Think Positively

Your gymnasts know that positive thinking is important for success. But no matter what they try, they just keep worrying and thinking negative things.

The brain's number one job is to look out for threats to our safety. This means the brain is wired towards looking for negative outcomes.

It takes practice and training to overcome that wiring and to believe in the positive outcomes.

In the Actually Think Positively training, we will help your gymnasts understand their negative thoughts and where they are coming from. We will teach them how to work step by step from negative thinking to positive thoughts that will fuel their success.

  • Live 2 hour training  session (and the recording ) walking through Actually Think Positively with your gymnasts and coaches.
  • A parent training session replay that walks them through the course and gives them helpful suggestions to support their gymnast when dealing with negative thinking.
  • Access to the Actually Think Positively mini course for your gymnasts so they can continue to master the principles.

What People Are Saying:

We absolutely loved your mindset program! We thought Stacie and Ali were wonderful and gave some really awesome tools for not only the girls but us coaches as well. We have encouraged parents to look into your individual coaching sessions.

Every skill has to do with the mental capacity to do it. Most of these gymnasts can do it physically. With mental coaching, it often takes one training session and the next day they can go into the gym and get the skill. As a college coach, we are often looking for those few skills. If there is one thing you can do to help them have that college chance, this is it. I have seen it in the recruits I have sent into this program and in my own team. If there is one thing you can do to give them a chance to fulfill their dreams, why would you not give it a try?
