What to expect once your gymnast starts:
- Your gymnast will meet with her coach for 30 min each week. Instructions on how to schedule will be emailed to you after signing up.
- She will also get all the content in the Master Your Gymnastics Mindset Course and will go through one module a week on her own. Then her coach will go over it with her in their session.
- Your coach will be open for regular check-ins with you as needed through text in out app.
- Once you have signed up, go to my.gymnasticsmindsetacademy.com and log in.
- Check your email for instructions on scheduling your calls and how to get started. It may go to spam!

STEP 3 | WHATS NEXT FOR PARENTS
We believe gymnasts make the most progress when you the parent are involved. We will be emailing you weekly with what your gymnast will be learning that week and ideas on how you can support her.
Look out for the email to do a check in around week 5 with your gymnast's coach so you can get an update on her progress and talk about next steps.
During the last week of your gymnast's coaching sessions, we will be emailing you with a special offer to continue on with coaching that will only be available for a short time.
So make sure to look out for that!
