Your gymnast will go after upgrades with self-confidence and a clear plan! Ultimate Upgrades gives your gymnast a step-by-step mental routine to help her approach new skills with focus, courage, and consistency.

She’ll learn how to quiet fear before it spirals, use mindset tools that actually work in practice, and reset when things get frustrating—so she can keep building reps that move her forward. With simple mental strategies for each event, she’ll know how to stay in control, trust herself, and finally make real progress on the skills she needs.

No more holding back, doubting herself, or waiting for the fear to go away—just focus, belief, and a mental routine that helps her go for it.

THREE PHASES, ONE PRACTICE PLAN

Mental Warm-Up

Before she even starts warming up, she’ll set herself up for success with a powerful pre-practice mindset routine. She’ll calm anxious thoughts, turn “what if I mess up?” into “what if I get it today?”, and build belief with a guided motivational audio. Plus, she’ll anchor her focus with three positive, non-gymnastics memories—so even when frustration hits, she stays grounded, calm, and ready to go for it.

 

Productive Practices

Every practice is a new chance to make progress, and this module gives her the tools to show up with confidence. She’ll create personalized affirmations, set the mindset she wants to train with, and use mental choreography to reinforce correct technique during every rep. Plus, she’ll master pre-skill breathing techniques to keep her mind steady and her body ready to go for the upgrade. She will learn to gather data instead of getting bogged down with drama, so she can master her new skills quickly and efficiently.

Mental Cool-Down

No matter how practice goes, this final module helps her finish with momentum. She’ll celebrate the reps that felt great, process any setbacks (without spiraling!), and decide what to carry into tomorrow and what to let go of. This is the key to building confidence, staying resilient, and coming back ready to go after her upgrades with even more power.
